This Privacy Policy describes how InitiateHub Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), trading as Tingles ASMR, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Tingles ASMR: Relax & Sleep mobile application (the "App") and our website at asmrpress.com (the "Site").

Account Information

When you create an account using Google or Apple sign-in, we collect your:

  • Email address
  • Display name
  • Profile picture (if available from your sign-in provider)

Usage Data

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data including:

  • Device type and operating system version
  • App usage patterns (features used, time spent)
  • General location based on IP address (country/region level only)
  • Unique device identifiers

User-Generated Content

If you create and share mixes or playlists in the Community feature, we store that content along with your display name.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the App and its features
  • Enable community features (sharing mixes, playlists, leaderboard)
  • Sync your favorites, playlists, and preferences across devices
  • Improve the App experience through anonymous usage analytics

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to external parties, except:

  • Service providers: We use Google Analytics for usage data and Firebase for authentication and data storage. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies.

4. Advertising

Tingles ASMR: Relax & Sleep does not display any advertisements. We do not use AdMob or any other advertising service. The App is completely ad-free.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your personal data is retained as long as you maintain an active account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Delete your personal data
  • Export your data in a portable format

7. Children's Privacy

Tingles ASMR: Relax & Sleep is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud storage through Firebase/Google Cloud.
